PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Permatex 1000® Plus Exhaust Repair Kit repairs cracks and splits in mufflers, tailpipes and exhaust pipes. This exhaust kit withstands temperatures over 1000°F (540°C) and contains ready-to-use foil-packed bandage and support wire.
FEATURES

- Shock resistant
DIRECTIONS:
NOTE: Exhaust system must be cool before applying putty.
- Wire brush or sand to remove loose rust and dirt. Repair area must be clean.
- Wrap wet bandage (sticky surface on pipe) around damaged area. Overlap bandage at least 1/2 inch. Force bandage into small cracksit molds and conforms easily.
- Support bandage with wire.
- Run motor at low speed or idle for 20 to 30 minutes. Bandage will harden to a rock hard, super protective shield.
